ABOUT ATTORNEY STEVE VONDRAN – ATTORNEY TO THE BROKERS!

Mr. Steven C. Vondran (“Attorney Steve”) is an attorney licensed to practice law in California and Arizona.  He is admitted to practice in all state courts and in select federal courts in each state.  He has also previously earned real estate broker licenses in both California and Arizona and he has experience in mortgage lending as well as residential and commercial real estate matters including, zoning, eminent domain, real estate broker issues, DRE audits, loan modifications, predatory lending, truth in lending, DRE broker defense of accusations, and general real estate arbitration and litigation matters.  Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mr. Vondran played three years in the Cincinnati Reds organization playing catcher and third base.  He was drafted in the 13th round.  He earned his undergraduate degree from Cal State Fullerton (physical education) and his law degree from Whittier Law School (focus in Intellectual Property).  He has also coached baseball at Pomona College (Claremont Colleges) and played in the College World Series as a member of the 1988 Fresno State Bulldogs.  He was inducted into the Fresno State Wall of Fame in 2011.

Mr. Vondran has represented a large number of real estate brokers in California, from drafting and reviewing contracts, to DRE corporate licensing issues, to Advance Fee Agreements for Loan Modifications (helped approximately 60 brokers obtain approval for loan modifications) and currently he represents DRE brokers in hearings, audits, investigations and accusations involving a real estate license.
